Automation

The sum of the parts – greater than the whole

Companies in Sweden that want to keep their production competence and quality control continuously develop their production to be better and more efficient. Continuous development is, quite simply, a prerequisite for global competitiveness. With i3tex’s specialist competence and collective experience within production development and automation, our customers gain access to a comprehensive knowledge base that has been developed over time, in line with market requirements.

Long-term view and complete responsibility

The industry today is facing many big challenges. Our knowledge, both broad and deep, within automation and other competence areas, provides a secure basis from which we can take responsibility for complete projects, from concept and design, to installation and commissioning of ready-to-go work stations in our customers factories.

We help our customers to find the right balance between manufacturing cost and production rate and to have the scope to develop for the future, while at the same time minimising limitations in a cost-efficient way. We believe in being an independent supplier of technology and always choose the system that suits the requirements best, whether it involves robotics, vision, or manual stations. We are a function supplier, well accustomed to taking long-term responsibility regardless of the customer or assignment size.

Robotics and vision

i3tex work with the development of fully-automatic production lines, robotics, vision, specialist machinery, test rigs, tools, hand tools, lifting equipment, machine components, as well as “pick and place”. That which is done today can be done faster or in bigger volumes tomorrow. We are contributing to the refinement of both the production process and the content of the human tasks.

Automation from concept to installation

Our assignments can be delivered as complete solutions with function requirements, system solutions, or further development of existing production lines. The assignments can encompass requirement analysis, calculations, purchasing, concept development, machine safety, risk analysis, test and verification, CE-marking, manufacture and assembly, installation and commissioning.
